  1. 6medium potatoes
  2. 2smoked sausages
  3. 3/4 cupheavy cream (about 200 ml)
  4. 3 tablespoonswhole grain mustard
  5. Salt and pepper

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. 2

    Peel, wash, and dry the potatoes. Slice them thinly and arrange them in a baking dish. Add the sausages on top.

    In a bowl, mix the cream and mustard. Pour this mixture over the potatoes and sausages. Season with salt and pepper, then bake for 1 hour.
