2medium Beetroots
1 cupyogurt
1 tsphoney
as needed ice cubes
3-4mint leaves

Boil the Beetroot after peeling and add to a blender

Add yogurt and honey to the blender and lot of ice. Blend smooth

Strain the Lassi and add to a glass

Add ice and enjoy a healthy Lassi cum Smoothie
