Mix the dry ingredients

Mix the butter and the egg

Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients

Add your starter. You should NOT mix it, just let it drip into the bowl.
Also, don't mix everything violently. Follow a scrap and fold method to keep the bubbles in the starter. - 5
Let it rest for 30 mins (very important)

Heat a pan to medium, slightly oil it.

Pour in the batter let it cook for max 1 minute per side. It cooks quite quickly.
Flip it CAREFULLY and do the same.
Don't over cook it, just aim for a light brown color on the surface. - 8
