You can also go for cauliflower,potato ,carrot n veggies of yr choice...
Here the base line is simple food,makes you best n long leave...
My food items aur alwz to cater to today's race against time life....
But food is integral for development n cultural carrying...as well...Let's life not b hovering around high far food....

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1/2 cupArhar dal pressure cooked at 1 whistle
  2. as per tasteSalt,haldi
  3. 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  4. For veggies
  5. 2Parwal
  6. 1Yam
  7. 2Raddish
  8. 2Raw banana.All veggies in equal n small quantity
  9. 1/2 cup Coconut slices
  10. 1/2 tbspChilli n ginger paste
  11. For tampering
  12. leavesCurry
  13. 1 tbsp Jeera,
  14. pinch Hing,
  15. 1bay leaf,
  16. 2 elaichi
  17. 1/2 stick.. cinnamon
  18. 1 tbsp Oil for veggies
  19. as required ghee for Flavor
  20. as required Make powder of 2 :1 ratio jeera n coriander roasted powder..

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Start with taking oil,in a kadai,add veggies n fry all,and bring to aside into a plate...
    Add 1 n 1/2 tsp ghee n crush khada masala,like cinnamon n elaichi n bay leaf, curry leaves.add salt n turmeric,it will generate a good colour
    Add chilli powder n then veggies n pressure cooked arhar dal.

    After 2 minutes serve hot with white boiled rice...

    Cook it until veggies aur cooked,our Dal gives the body....

    Cover the Dal with roasted jeera n coriander powder...
