Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cuppaste of spring onions with leaves
  • 1finely chopped capsicum
  • 2-3finely chopped green tomatoes or red tomatoes
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1 tsppavbhaji masala
  • 1/4 tsphing
  • 2- 3Finely chopped green chillies
  • 1small boiled potato
  • 1/4 cupboiled green peas
  • Pinchpepper powder
  • 1/4 cupchopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbspoil
  • As requiredLemon and Chopped onion for garnishing

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan,saute garlic,hing and spring onion paste in it for a minute.

    Add all other ingredients n let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes on slow gas.

    Lightly smash it with smasher,add pavbhaji masala,lemon juice,pepper powder,butter and chopped coriander and mix well.

    Serve hot with butter pav n masala onion.
