#This kabab is a familiar North Indian snack made with potatoes, Kala chana, and some mild SPICES. I was inspired by my mom.
Steps

Soak black chana overnight. Then pressure cook till 7-8 minutes after first whistle. Let pressure releases automatically. Strain the water.

Grind boiled black chana in a mixer to a smooth paste. Transfer it in a mixing bowl.

Mix bread crumbs in chana paste.

Add grated boiled potato, chopped onion, green chilli, grated ginger and coriander leaves. Add all dry masale and mix and knead like a dough.

Take a portion of dough and make a ball and flatten it on your palm and make pattie.

Heat a griddle. Add 2 tb spoon cooking oil. Place kebabs and shallow fry till crispie golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also.

Like wise make all the kebabs.

Serve hot with onions and green and red sauce.
