I wanted to share with you my little chocolate and puffed rice nests made for Easter! A fun recipe to make with the kids and enjoy with the family. It's a nice change from cornflakes and just as delicious.

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil.

Mix together, then add the puffed rice. Each grain of rice should be coated with chocolate.

On a sheet of parchment paper, place small mounds of the mixture and create a slight indentation in the middle.

Decorate with a few eggs or chocolates of your choice and let the nests harden in the fridge for 20 minutes.
