Creamy Molten Chocolate Cake

I wanted to try making molten chocolate cakes. It don't require making a ganache, and you could use margarine instead of butter! It's simple but delicious. If making these as a gift, you could bake these in a mold as well. You could also bake these in a cute mugs and give as-is as a wonderful present.
For coating the ramekins with butter, it's convenient if you have a silicon brush.
You can switch margarine for butter. It was still delicious. If you have a chocolate bar, you can make this anytime.
If you are going to reheat these after they cools, if you microwave for too long, they become regular chocolate, so be careful. Recipe by Tomumaro

Steps
- 1
Mince the chocolate and combine with the butter in a heat-resistant bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Mix well and set aside. Preheat your oven to 180℃ for 8 minutes.
- 2
Coat the heat-resistant ramekins evenly with butter (not listed) and then sift in flour (not listed). If you hold the dishes sideways, it's easier to sift the flour in.
- 3
Put the eggs in a large bowl and use a hand mixer to mix. Add sugar in two batches and mix until it becomes heavy.
- 4
Add the chocolate prepared in Step 1 to the bowl from Step 3 and mix. Sift in the flour and mix until the flour lumps are gone.
- 5
Put the mixture into the ramekins to 8% full. Tap the bottom to release air and flatten the surface. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes. Once finished, enjoy.
- 6
If you let them cool, it's easy to remove from the ramekins. Put on a plate, microwave for 10 seconds, and enjoy. Don't forget to top with powdered sugar.
