(Sesame Onion Miso Sauce) In a small pot, add the ★ ingredients and boil. Then add the ☆ ingredients.

Mince the onion and dice the peppers into 5 mm cubes.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add ground chicken and ginger. Saute on medium heat.

Add sesame, onion, miso sauce and continue cooking.

Add shredded shiso leaves and work quickly. Turn off the heat.
