Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut paneer into cubes and marinade in salt, pepper, ginger and garlic. Leave for at least 15 mins if possible.
- 2
Dice other ingredients as required
- 3
Heat oil in a frying pan on high heat. While heating, coat paneer pieces lightly with cornflour
- 4
Once oil is hot, place paneer pieces onto the frying pan. Flip pieces after some time and cook until both sides are light brown. If does not fit in one saucepan, then remove when done and repeat for second batch. Once all the paneer is cooked, remove onto plate and use same pan for the next step.
- 5
Heat some more oil on a pan and cook the chopped garlic till it turns light brown.
- 6
Reduce heat to medium. Add onions and sauté for about a minute. Then add the peppers. Add salt, half teaspoon pepper, half teaspoon red chilli powder and cook for a few mins.
- 7
Add 3 table spoons of soya sauce and about 1 table spoon sriracha sauce. Mix well.
- 8
Add paneer pieces and mix well. Taste and add more salt, pepper, soya sauce and sriracha as needed. Mix well and cook for 2 mins.
