Heat up sunflower oil.when it start changing color just add all the seeds mentioned.roast them for 1 minutes then add all the spices.just cook for 1 minute.

Now add raw grated mango and cook completely until it start absorbed all extra water.now add jaggery and cook until it melt down and change color and texture.

When it look darker and thick turn the gas off and add vinegar simply enjoy yummmmmmy chutney
