Steps

First boil goosberry in cooker with 1/2glass of water for four whistle
Dont waste water after boiling use with little salt or sugar it is very tasty aswell healthy

Cool and remove the seeds from all and mashed little not nicely

Now heat the oil add kalonji fennel seeds and asofetida saute for a seconds just the aroma came.

Now add goosberry mashed jaggery and cook for 2minutes add all dry powders
cook 5minute moreon slow fire if water dries up add left goosbery boiled water as needed.

Launji is ready it is little liquid you can serve with Parantha poori and roti it is very yummy and tasty in Summer
