Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsdry elbow pasta
  2. 1.5 cupscherry tomatoes, chopped
  3. 1/2bell pepper, chopped
  4. 1-2 tbspgoat cheese
  5. 1/2 cupsmall cheddar cubes
  6. 1-2green onions, diced
  7. 3-4 tbspmayo

Cooking Instructions

    Cook pasta

  2. 2

    Fry pepper and 1 cup tomatoes with goat cheese until veggies are tender

  3. 3

    Mix cool pasta with cooked veggies and all remaining ingredients. Enjoy
