For boiling take a bowl add 1.5 cup chickpeas washed it
Filled 2 cups of water - 2
Add 1 tsp baking soda in it

Left over night boiled on the next morning

After boiling take it out

Now First take a pan add half cup water add 2 tbsp besan in it mix well till thick

Add food color mix well till thick

Add red chilli powder crushed chilli powder salt roasted cumin seeds powder coriander powder mix well

Add imli paste in it mix well

Add boiled chickpeas in it. Mix well till thick

Add onion chopped tomato chopped green chilli chopped in it mix well

Now pour all in to serving dish

Add yogurt n boiled potatoes in it mix well

Add crispy paprii in it mix well.

Add green coriander for garnishing
