  • 6 tbspsoftend butter
  • Spice rub
  • 4.5 tbspPaprika
  • 1.5 tbspOnion powder
  • 1.5 tbspGarlic powder
  • 1.25 tbspsalt
  • 2 tspBlack Pepper
  • 1.5 tbspItalian Seasoning

    Cut chicken in half to make thinner

  2. 2

    Brush butter on chicken

  3. 3

    Put a layer of seasoning on chicken

  4. 4

    Cook in oil on medium high untill black then flip and do the same

  5. 5

    Add any extra seasonings on the chicken or potatoes as a side and enjoy.
