Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 200 grams●Bread flour
  2. 30 grams●Unsweetened cocoa powder
  3. 10 grams●Baking powder
  4. 120 grams★Soy milk
  5. 70 grams★Canola oil
  6. 80 grams★Beet sugar
  7. 40 grams★Water
  8. 1 dash★Salt
  9. 1 dash★Vanilla beans
  10. 30 gramsCoconut flakes

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 170°C, and grease the tin with oil (not listed).

  2. 2

    Put the ingredients marked ● in a bowl and mix well with a whisk. (This is so you don't have to sift).

  3. 3

    Put the ingredients marked ★ in another bowl, and mix well with a whisk.

  4. 4

    Add the dry ingredients from the first bowl to the second, and fold in (don't knead it).

  5. 5

    Add the coconut flakes to the bowl and mix.

  6. 6

    Pour the batter into the greased tin, and rap it against the counter a few times to even out the surface.

  7. 7

    Bake for 15-20 minutes at 170°C (when an inserted toothpick/skewer comes out clean, they're done.)
