Vegan Avocado Salad

I eat a whole avocado every day. I didn't have any lemons, so today I used yuzu to make the dressing.

Steps
- 1
Slice the cucumber and carrot, and tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Cut the avocado in half, and scrape out the flesh. (It will get mushed when you mix everything together, so you don't have to be too neat about it).
- 3
Mix the juice from the yuzu with the sea salt and olive oil. Coat the vegetables, and it's done.
