Soft & Delicious Karaage Chicken Tenders

My mom often made this recipe for me when I was younger.
Now it's one of my family's favorites.
It's perfect for bento, too.
The amounts of the listed ingredients are all roughly 2 tablespoons, so it's easy to remember.
But everyone has their own preferences, so adjust the amounts as you'd like. Recipe by uzukaji

Steps
- 1
Remove the sinews from the chicken tenders. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Put all ingredients except for the flour into a plastic bag. Massage the bag well to rub in the seasoning (If you have time, let it sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes).
- 3
Add the flour to the bag from Step 2. Mix to coat the entire chicken tender pieces evenly with flour.
- 4
Deep-fry in vegetable oil and it's done!
