Remove the sinews from the chicken tenders. Cut the chicken tenders diagonally into thirds.

Mix the chicken tenders, mustard and mayonnaise in a bowl. Let sit for about 30 minutes.

Place each chicken tender, one at a time, in the panko and lightly press to coat.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the chicken tenders on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 200ºC. All done.
