  • 1cucumber
  • 1tomato
  • 1capsicum
  • 1carrot
  • 1beetroot boiled
  • as requiredFew spinach leaves
  • as requiredFew coriander leaves
  • 1lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tsp pepper powder

    Wash and chop veggies and apple.

    In a bowl add lemon juice, pepper powder,salt,honey,olive oil mix it well.

    Add all chopped veggies,apple in a bowl,break the leaves with hands add prepared lemon juice mixture and mix well and serve.
