Grind long grain Rice semi wash and start to cook with little water in slow flame

Pre cook wild Rice set aside

Add sugar with Rice porridge with dilute milk of condensed cook until set soft,add cooked wild rice remaining thick condensed milk,with flower water and saffron set aside for room temperature

Add cold Rice porridge in portion bowl,sprinkle even with bread crumbs to cover over the bowl

Set sugar syrup with thick consistency bring down to room temperature

Bake the Rice porridge in salamander until get brown layer even on top
- 7
Invert spoon to the rim of porridge cup pour sugar syrup to get thick float
- 8
Chill it for 20 minutes present with Glazed cherry and mint
