In frying pan,mince and mix well until changes color.

Add ginger garlic paste,green chilies,dhaniya powder,red chili flakes,salt,haldi,blackpepper, garam masala,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes

Add chopped onion, small cut dhaniya and podina.. put in mince & mix well

Now bhunofy until water disappears

Remove from stove and add crushed dhaniya,crushed zeera add cube cut spring onion..

In small bowl,add flour,water and mix well to make a smooth paste & set aside.
Take samosa patti/manda patti and make pocket,add filling in the center and roll into the shape of samosa and seal corners with flour & water paste. - 7
In wok,heat cooking oil and fry samosa until golden brown.
