Ingredients

1 hour aprox
8 servings
  1. 250 gmkeema
  2. 1 1/2 tbspginger/garlic
  3. 1/2 tspdhaniya powder
  4. 1 tsphaldi
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1medium onion
  7. 1/2 cupdhaniya
  8. 1/4 cuppodina
  9. 3-4green chilli
  10. 1 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
  11. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  12. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  13. 1 tbspcrushed dhaniya
  14. 1 tbspcrushed zeera
  15. 1/2 cupspring onion
  16. flour as required
  17. water to make glue to make samosa
  18. oil for frying

Steps

1 hour aprox
  1. 1

    In frying pan,mince and mix well until changes color.

    Add ginger garlic paste,green chilies,dhaniya powder,red chili flakes,salt,haldi,blackpepper, garam masala,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes

    Add chopped onion, small cut dhaniya and podina.. put in mince & mix well

    Now bhunofy until water disappears

    Remove from stove and add crushed dhaniya,crushed zeera add cube cut spring onion..

    In small bowl,add flour,water and mix well to make a smooth paste & set aside.
    Take samosa patti/manda patti and make pocket,add filling in the center and roll into the shape of samosa and seal corners with flour & water paste.

    In wok,heat cooking oil and fry samosa until golden brown.
