Boil the spagetti in a big pan with some salt and oil. Keep it aside to cool. Now boil penne pasta in the same manner and let it cool. Keep the pastas in a wide plate to cool so that they do not stick.

In a big pan put the olive oil (no need to heat much) add add the chopped garlic and onion. Let it turn pink then add the tomato puree (Blanch tomatoes in hot water for 5 mins and them remove the skin and make a puree). Let it cook till the puree leaves oil and is thick enough. Add the tomato paste, herbs, chilli flakes, tomato sauce and mix it well. Add salt as per taste

Add the chopped veggies and the tomatoes and cook till slightly tender. Now add the spagetti and mix well till well coated. keep it aside till we prepare the white sauce

In a small pan take the butter add maida and cook till pink. Add milk and keep stiring so there are no lumps. Once slighlty thick add grated cheese, herbs and salt as per taste. Let it boil till it thickens. Add the penne pasta and mix well.

In a a serving plate, first place the red spagetti pasta at the edges and in the centre place the white pasta. Serve it hot with garlic bread
