In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all the ingredients together. Shape the mixture into sausage-like logs and arrange them on a baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated oven at high heat until cooked through and still juicy, so they don’t dry out. For a smoky flavor, heat a piece of charcoal, place it in a small stainless steel bowl, add a drop of oil, and set it in the oven with the kofta for 5 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes for best results: Use high-fat beef for juicy kofta. The flour helps the kofta hold together and not fall apart. Baking powder keeps them light. Tomato keeps the kofta moist.
