Take a pot and put Qeema, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, Bhuna Pisa zeera, Bhuna Pisa dhanya and salt.
Mix well, Cover and cook for 10-15 mins.
(don’t add water) - 2
Uncover the pot and bhoonofy on high flame until all the water dries.
(There should not be any water remaining in Qeema) - 3
Remove from the stove and bring it to Room temperature.

Chop the onions, then take a muslin cloth (malmal ka kapra), put onion on muslin cloth, make a potli and squeeze onions, squeeze out 50% of onion water.
(we need semi dry onions for samosa) - 5
Now add these onions, chopped green chillies and fresh coriander in Qeema and mix well.

Dissolve 1/4 cup of flour in little bit of water to make laee/glue.

Now take samosa sheets, fill with qeema and fold into triangle samosas, Apply some laee and stick the end of samosa.

Refrigerator for a while.Deep fry in oil and serve hot.

For a crispy samosa fry in medium low Heat initially and then on low flame for a while until nice colour and crisp is achieved
