In a mixi jar add 1 cup fine suji.If you do not have fine suji,then take big granule suji and grind it fine.Add pieces of 1/2' ginger,curd and 1 cup water.Blend it into dosa like batter.Transfer into a mixing bowl.Add salt,crushed dry curry leaves, green chilli paste,red chilli flakes and coriander leaves.Mix well everything.Cover and let it rest for 15-20 min.

Now Stirr this batter once again.Heat water in a steamer.Put a stand.Grease the plate with oil and pour this batter to form a thin layer.(4 ladlefull).Keep the plate in the steamer for 4-5 min.wrap the lid with cotton cloth and Cover the steamer.cook it on medium flame.It will get cooked very fast in 4-5 min.

Take out the plate,put another plate in steamer and let it cook in the same manner for 4-5 min.when the previous plate is cooled,cut the khandavi in long strips and make rolls as shown in the picture.

Serve these yummy,tasty hot suji khandavi rolls with coconut chutney and powder chutney.
