BLANCH VEGETABLES
Take a pan add 1 big glass of water and bring to Boil.

Now add the veggies one by one
Baby corn,Carrot,Broccoli. - 3

Cook the vegetables for 5 minutes. To check, take one piece of the vegetable, dip it in ice water and taste it. Most vegetables would take 5 to 10 minutes.

When the vegetables are done, turn off the flame and remove instantly from the boiling water and drain the water.Then Quickly add them to one glass chilled water. It is done to stop them getting cooked further. This is known as ‘shocking’ the vegetables.

MIXING OF SALAD LIQUID
Now take a mixing bowl add 4 tablespoon vinegar, add 2 teaspoon sugar,salt as per requirement and 2 tablespoon black pepper powder.

The liquid for dressing the salad is ready.

ARRANGING OF SALAD
1)Arrange 4 leaves of lettuce in a large serving plate

2) Put the blanch vegetables in center

3)Arrange the cut cucumbers

Add the mosambi pulp

Now add cut green grapes

Finally add the salad liquid

Serve the salad now.
