  • 100 gtuna or any fish
  • 50 gSoumen noodles or any thin noodles
  • 1egg
  • flour

    Cut tuna into small pieces.

    Cut noodles with fingers into small pieces.

    Put flour, egg and noodles. Fry in vegetable oil with low flame (160℃).
