4 servings

4servings Somen noodles
8Okra
2Bell peppers
3Tomatoes
1 tsp★ Finely chopped garlic
2 tbsp★ Olive oil
2 tbsp★Plum vinegar (or salt)
2 tbsp★Water
1★ Salt and pepper

Steps

Cut tomatoes into 5 mm cubes, mix the ★ ingredients and chill in fridge.

Lightly blanch the okra and slice.

Cut out the bell peppers with a star-shape cutter. Finely chop the other vegetables and boil.

Cook the somen noodles.

Arrange Steps 1, 2, 3 together on a plate, and it's done.
