Make a smooth dough out of all the ingredients mentioned. Keep the dough covered for at least 10 minutes.

After that, roll them to a medium sized disc and roast on a medium to low heat. Serve these with any raita of your choice or even a pickle. It tastes equally good as it is also.

Ghee is preferable but Oil can also be used for roasting these lovely looking Parathas.
