Ingredients

12 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1 cupWhole Wheat Flour
  2. 1/4 cupCoriander Leaves
  3. 1/4 cupMint Leaves
  4. 1/4 cupCarrot shredded
  5. 1/4 tspBlack Seeds or Kalonji
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 1 tbspOil or Ghee
  8. as neededGhee extra for roasting

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a smooth dough out of all the ingredients mentioned. Keep the dough covered for at least 10 minutes.

    After that, roll them to a medium sized disc and roast on a medium to low heat. Serve these with any raita of your choice or even a pickle. It tastes equally good as it is also.

    Ghee is preferable but Oil can also be used for roasting these lovely looking Parathas.
