Ingredients

20-25 minutes
2-3 servings
  1. 1 packetspring rolls (5 sheets)
  2. For stuffing
  3. 2medium size carrots
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  6. 1-2 tablespoonsoil
  7. 2-3garlic pods chopped
  8. 2green chili’s chopped
  9. 2spring onions with white onions chopped
  10. 1 tablespoonCoriander leaves
  11. 1 tablespoonvinegar
  12. 1 tablespoonsoya sauce /tomato sauce
  13. 2-3 cupsoil for frying
  14. as needed tomato ketchup

Steps

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly wash & grate carrots further take a Kadhai add chopped garlic and green chili’s sauté for 1 minute and grated carrots cooking it on high flame only

    Sauté well then add salt,black pepper powder,spring onions,tomato sauce /soy sauce cook for 1 minute and remove it let it cool down to room temperature before using for stuffing.

    Take each spring roll sheet just touch corner with sides and in center add a tablespoon of stuffing and flip one side then set the stuffing and flip other other side on it now flip the bottom part looks like an envelope now tightly roll it upwards.gradually prepare all in similar fashion. Take oil in Kadhai while it’s hot add 2 rolls in one batch once it turns golden both sides remove it.
