Baked Banana Bread in an Air Fryer

Mash 4 bananas until smooth.

Add the oil, eggs, sweetened condensed milk, and milk (or water) to the mashed bananas. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.

Sift the dry ingredients into the banana mixture. Stir until just combined.

Grease the sides of a baking pan with a thin layer of oil for easy removal. Pour the batter into the pan. Slice the remaining bananas and arrange them on top.

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C) for 5 minutes to ensure even heating.

Place the pan in the air fryer. I baked at 330°F (165°C) for 30 minutes, but the top browned a bit too much (consider lowering the temperature by 10-15°F since the heating element is close to the cake surface).

Continue baking at 260°F (125°C) for another 30 minutes until fully cooked. Check for doneness by inserting a chopstick or toothpick into the cake—if it comes out clean, the cake is done.
