Garlic Knots
Best companion for soups.
Steps

Take a flour, add sugar, salt and yeast. With help of some water, bind it the dough. Knead it for some 10-15 minutes and keep it in greased bowl for proofing. Meanwhile take butter, garlic paste and coriander leaves. Mix it well. Butter should be on room temperature.

Once dough is in double size, punch it. Shape it like as shown in the picture. Give a knot

Prepare all knots like this. Cover it and keep it for some 45 minutes. Meanwhile preheat the oven on 180°. Bake it for 35 to 40 minutes or until you get desired colour. Apply garlic butter generously. Enjoy as it is or with soup.
