These crispy Ram Ladoos and a cup of hot tea can instantly spike up your evenings!
Steps

Wash and Soak the three dals (Moong, Chana and Urad) for 4hrs.

In a mixer jar put all the three dals (Without water), 1 "inch ginger, 2 green chillies. Grind it well. Now add 50 ml Water and grind it again to form a smooth batter.

Add pounded Coriander seeds and Fennel seeds. Now add coriander leaves.

Mix it well. Beat this mixture for at least 10 minutes. Stirring continuously in one direction. Beating the batter incorporates air which will make the pakodas light and fluffy.

Preparation of Mint Coriander Chutney
In a mixer jar put mint leaves, coriander leaves, 9-10 garlic cloves, hing, green chillies, salt to taste, cumin seeds, little water and grind it to a smooth paste - 6
Now add lemon juice and rock salt. Mix well.

For Garnishing
Grate Raddish and keep it aside. - 8
Frying Ram Ladoos
Heat a kadhai and when it is medium hot, take little batter and put it in the hot oil and fry the pakodas in medium hot oil, until golden and crisp. - 9
Now dip a green chilli in this batter and coat it well. Fry these chilli pakodas too.

Now place the ram ladoos and on top of it the chilli pakoda. Garnish with grated raddish and green chutney. Sprinkle chaat masala and also put sweet tamrind chutney.

Serve them hot with evening tea.
