Here am going to share the recipe of pumpkin fritters I learnt it from my babhi she leave in japan now a days ....she said our iftar is incomplete with out pumpkin fritters I much impressed from her and I said okay ....this ramadan I defiantly made it and know how's taste is. Believe me it's a magical pakoras crunchy from outer and juice from inside you go and make it you can easily fine pumpkin from a grocery store like Al-fateh

Ingredients

  1. 1pumpkink(halwa kaddu)
  2. 1 cupbaisan
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 tblsred chilli powder
  5. 1 tblszeera powder
  6. 1 tblschat ka masala
  7. 1 tblsajwain powder
  8. Pinchmeetha sooda
  9. Water as required
  10. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your hand say BismiAllah and darood shareef

  2. 2

    Take pumpkin deseeds it and dnt peel off it cut in like this

  3. 3

    Now make baisan batter take baisan add spices and make batter

  4. 4

    Take wok add oil and deep fry it

  5. 5

    Enjoy your favorite sauce I personally like with khubani ka khata meetha
