A delicious Bengali style Chutney recipe cooked with green mangoes.
Steps

Drizzle drops of mustard oil in pan. Temper with 1 tsp Mustard Seeds.

Chop mangoes into slices after scraping the skin. Put it in pan. Fry them in medium flame.

After tossing mango slices in pan for few minutes, add salt to taste and pinch of turmeric powder.

Add water next. Add sugar to taste.(Quantity of sugar depends on your taste bud).

Lower the flame and let it boil gently.

Take 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds and 1 Tsp Paanchphoron and put them in a pan. Fry them gently for 2-3 minutes in low flame. Take out and crush it into powder.

As water absorbs the flavour and Mango pieces soften, sprinkle the masala powder and finish cooking.
