Use the bright green part of the outer leaves of lettuce.

Add the Weipa stock seasoning to a pot and heat. Tear the lettuce with your hands.

When the water reaches a boil, add the lettuce.

Swirl in the egg and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper.
