Ingredients

  1. 10-12karela (bitter gourd)
  2. 5 tspoil for frying
  3. 4 tspjeera / cumin
  4. 4 tsp coriander powder
  5. 4 tspgaram masala powder
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. As per tastesalt
  8. 1 tspturmeric powder

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and peel the karelas.

    Now make a vertical cut on a side and remove all the seeds.

  3. 3

    In a bowl add all dry masalas..Mix it well.Now stuffing is ready.

    Stuff this inside the karela generously..

  5. 5

    In a pan3to 4tsp oil and add stuffed karela.

  6. 6

    Cover it and cook for10 min low flame.Karela sabji is ready for serve.
