  1. 1 cupchana dal
  2. 1onion
  3. 2green chillies
  4. 4garlic cloves
  5. 1"ginger piece
  6. 1/2 cupchopped coriander leaves
  7. 1 tspcrushed black pepper
  8. 1 pinchcarom seeds
  9. as per tasteSalt
  10. As requiredOil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Soak dal for 4 hours.Grind coarsely with ginger and garlic.Keep aside.

    Add to batter,add other ingredients too.

    Mix well.

    Heat oil in a kadahi/wok

  5. 5

    .Deep fry pakode on medium heat till golden.

  6. 6

    Take out and serve.
