Ingredients

20-30mins
4 servings
  • 3potatoes boiled and peeled
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 1 tbspfresh coriander chopped
  • For baghar:
  • 6-8 curry leaves chopped
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  • 1/3 tspRaii daana
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • For batter:
  • 1 cup besan
  • 1/3 tspsalt
  • 1/3 tspbaking soda
  • Pinchhaldi
  • 1/3 tspred chilli powder
  • Water to make thick batter

Steps

20-30mins
  1. 1

    Boil potatoes,once done peel and mash.

    In a frying pan add oil,heat it and add baghar ingredients, add this baghar in mashed potatoes.

    Make balls And refrigerate for 10 mins.

    Meanwhile make Besan batter,it should be on thicker side.

    Now heat the oil,dip balls in batter and fry.

    Fry until golden brown and serve with khatti meethi imli chutney.
