Ingredients

15minutes
2 people
  • 1 packetinstant noodles
  • 1big size (sliced)
  • 1small size tomato (sliced)
  • 1capsicum (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Spring onion greens
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/4 tbsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Chilli flakes
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

15minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan dry roast instant noodles. Keep the flame low and Do not add oil Dry roast until it turns golden brown.

    Move it continuously for 2 to 3mins. Do not leave it unattended or else it can burn. Once it gets a nice golden color remove from heat and cool it. Transfer it into a big bowl.

    Now to this add thinly sliced onions, thinly sliced tomatoes, thinly sliced capsicum and spring onion greens.

    Put salt for taste, black pepper powder, chilli flakes
    (if you dont have chilli flakes you can make use of chopped green chillies too.)

    Now add tomato ketchup. (you can even add red chilli sauce if you want it more spicy)

    Mix it all nicely.

    Serve it in a cocktail glass.
