1.5 kgboil chickpeas
3Potatoes while boiling add yellow food colour

1/2 cupimmli chutney
2 tbspBhuna masala
2 tbspchaat masala

For garnish
1 bundlechopped Coriander

Boil potatoes by adding food colour then boil chickpeas then take a pan add water and cornflour mix and cook until becomes thick then add in chickpeas when cools then add red chilli powder and immli chutney

Then mix and add chaat masala and Bhuna masala sprinkle some Coriander and boil potatoes and mix

Then add salt and then garnish boil potatoes cubes, Coriander, chopped onion tomatoes

Then serve by adding immli chutney and chaat masala
