Ingredients

  1. half kgBoiled potatoes
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Red chilli powder to taste
  4. 1 tspDhaniya powder
  5. 1 tspZeera powder
  6. 1 tspchaat masala
  7. half tspKasuri methi
  8. leavesCoriander
  9. Pudina
  10. Dough
  11. half kgFlour
  12. half tbspSalt
  13. 2 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes and mashed it well

  2. 2

    Then add salt, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, zeera, kasuri methi, chaat masala, coriander leaves, pudina and set aside

    Knead dough with flour, salt, oil and water

  4. 4

    Put prepared mixture in roti give it a shape and deep fry and serve
