Boil chicken with salt and black pepper corns. When chicken become full tender, then grind them in a grinder for mince.

Grind onion, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and green chillies in a grinder. Make a paste.

In a chicken mince, add this mpaste, egg white, black pepper pwd, soya sauce, chilli sauce and oregano leaves. Mix it well.

Take baisun and rice flour in a bowl, add hot sauce, salt, oregano leaves and water. Make a medium consistency batter.

Pour oil in a deep pan, make balls of chicken mixture, dip into batter and fry them in a medium heat oil.

When balls colour turns into golden brown, dish out in a serving plate. Serve it hot (imp)
