Ingredients

  1. 4baby marrow
  2. 120 mlapple cider vinegar
  3. 120 mlwater
  4. 15 mlwhite sugar
  5. 15 mlsalt
  6. 5 mlpeppercorns

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the baby marrow into strips. Place the strips into a jar.

    In a pot add the vinegar, water, salt, sugar and peppercorns. Heat and bring to a simmer.

    Pour the hot pickle over the baby marrows. Leave in the fridge for at least for 30 minutes. Enjoy it cold.
