don't cut it fully but make a cut as shown.

Take peanuts, sesame, dahlia dal in a mixer. Then add salt, chilli, turmeric, cumin, coriander, kitchen king spices, lemon juice, oil to taste and prepare the stuffing.

Then fill it with onions and potatoes. Then put it in the cooker and blow 3 whistles.

To make a puree of tomatoes Take chopped tomatoes, onion, ginger and green chillies, put them in a mixer grinder and make puree.

On the other hand, heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, onion and tomato puree. Cook until oil is released.

Add oil, salt, chilli, turmeric, coriander, coriander and curd to taste. Your gravy is ready.

Then open the cooker, put the vegetables in the gravy and let it rise for five minutes.

The onion potato stuffed sabzi is ready. You can serve this sabzi with roti, bhakri or rice.
