3 tspmilk
3 tspcurd
6 tsparrowroot powder
as per taste, black Pepper
as per taste Salt
as required Oil for frying

Mash boiled potatoes add arrowroot powder,salt, pepper,milk and curd mix.

Fill the icing bag with this mixture.

Heat oil in flat bottom pan.

Make in jalebi shape.
Fry till golden brown in colour.

Remove. Serve hot.
