  4. To taste salt
  5. 1 tbspred chili powder
  6. 1 tspred chili flakes
  7. 1 tbspachar gosht masala
  8. 1 tspcoriander powder
  9. Oil

    Cut lady fingers in small pieces and fry them.

    In another wok heat the oil add onion and cook for 2 to 3 mints. Then add tomatoes and all spices.

    Mix well. Add half cup of water cover it and cook on low flame till oil separates.

Tips

How to store lady fingers? 💫💫💫

I always cut ladyfingers in small pieces, fry and keep them in freezer for later use. This will prevent lady fingers from getting rotten. When ever you are in hurry just make masala and add them. Quick and easy way.
