Ingredients

18 small bowls
  1. 1 bag(about 500 grams) coarse semolina
  2. 1 stick(about 250 grams) butter
  3. Zest from 4 lemons
  4. 4 cupswater
  5. 2 cupssugar
  6. 1/2 cupraisins
  7. Cinnamon for sprinkling

Steps

    Melt the butter in a pot, then add the semolina and toast it until it turns a nice brown color. Do this over medium heat.

  2. 2

    Carefully add the water while stirring continuously, then add the sugar and raisins. Stir until the mixture is smooth and thickened.

    Let it cool and place it in molds or a cake pan.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve. It's a perfect, vegan dessert! Enjoy!
