3-4Small Potatoes
Oil as required
Salt to taste

Wash & peel potatoes..
Cut in Julienne wash it again and strain

Take a pot..add oil.
Required high flame.. Hot oil completely after that add fries in it.

Cook on medium to low flame.

After 15 mints ready to serve...sprinkle some salt & chaat masala & enjoy.
